The summoning rooms on campus could, at times, leave something to be desired. Granted, they don't exactly need a lot in the way of furnishing--the majority of the floor space is meant to be marked over, after all--but more than a tiny desk jammed into a corner for note-taking would be nice. But if that's all Tanyuu has available to herself for this particular project she'll just have to make do. She doesn't really need to be here, actually; her thesis is on magical biology, not summoning techniques. But she needs a distraction rather desperately, and the excuse of observing the incarnation process is...well, it's enough to keep her from feeling guilty about putting off that request to the aquatics expert again.
Tanyuu leans forward in her chair, watching Lucy trace out elaborate runes that she understands in theory but loses the plot of put together in this particular fashion. "Is this meant to be a full binding ritual, or just a temporary summonings?"
